The photograph shows a hydraulically actuated multiple-clamping fixture with two clamping setups.
Setup 1: three-jaw chuck with an integrated cylinder, inclined jaw guides, external clamping and manual lubrication through grease nipples on the base jaws. The pull-down effect draws the workpiece against its supports.
This setup uses three-jaw chucks with integrated cylinders. Inclined jaw guides provide external clamping with a pull-down effect that draws the workpiece against the support. Lubrication is applied manually through the base jaws.
Setup 2: locating pins position the workpiece on the support, collets centre it, and swivel clamps pull it against the locating face at three points.
