This Microzent chuck with an integrated pneumatic cylinder has a clamping repeatability of 0.002 mm (2 µm). The operating range of 0.5–10 bar allows the clamping force to be optimally matched to the workpiece, particularly for workpieces sensitive to deformation.
The double-acting clamping cylinder allows both external and internal clamping. A coolant passage is available from size 150 mm.
Lubrication is supplied through grease nipples on the base jaws. We supply clamping jaws in steel or aluminium; aluminium jaws are also available as segment jaws.
Our Microzent chucks GHPP / GHHPP are used on lathes, grinding machines, measuring equipment and dividing heads.
