Rebuilds

Even a high-quality clamping tool can develop excessive clearance after prolonged use. This does not necessarily mean that it needs to be replaced: refurbishment is possible in many cases.

The refurbishment process

  1. Send the chuck to us for inspection.
  2. After receiving and examining it, we provide a quotation stating the lead time.
  3. During refurbishment, we manufacture the required internal parts and fit them into the reground guideways in the chuck body.

The aim is to restore your clamping tool to an as-new technical condition. The inspection establishes whether this is possible and what work is required.
