Machining ABS housings
This hydraulic multiple-clamping fixture has 12 clamping stations for machining ABS housings. The workpiece is inserted against a spring-loaded stop and face-clamped. Its correct position is then verified by sensing. Station identification allows each machined workpiece to be traced to its clamping station.
