Chucks with through-hole

Chucks with through-hole

Technical overview

A through-hole in a clamping fixture serves several purposes:
Supplying media such as coolant.
Feeding workpiece material.
Providing tool run-out space for certain machining operations.
Clamping the workpiece deeper in the fixture to reduce the clamping height.
The examples below show through-hole chucks that we have produced.
